I am working on my goals for 2013. I thought about my goals by looking at the different roles/aspects of my life and then setting goals in those areas. My roles/aspect categories are:
- Physical Fitness and Health
- Mental and Personal Development
- Spiritual Growth
- Father, Family and Kids
If you have trouble setting goals for yourself for 2013, you might find an approach of thinking of the different roles and aspects of your life (like I did above) and then setting goals that you want to accomplish next year.
