Crossfit: First Workout with Rope Climbs

Today’s workout was:

4 Rounds:

3 Rope Climbs
20 KB Swings, 1.5 pood (aka 53 lbs)
30 Sit-ups 

I have been practicing rope climbs so I thought I could do 3 in a row and since they’re in rounds of 4, then it shouldn’t be too bad.  I’ll rest between sets.  Well. .  .   After the second round, I thought I was going to die.  At round 3, I was looking for a way to sneak out of the gym.   But, I finished the 4th round at 23:01.
